Each meaningful wellbeing activity earns one Wellspring Point. Capped at seven per day and twenty-five per week — encouraging consistent habits, not grinding.
Activities below the threshold still earn XP for levelling — they just don't earn spendable points. That keeps the system fair and prevents gaming.

Levels and Wellspring Points run in parallel. Levelling up doesn't give you WP. Earning WP doesn't level you up. Each serves a different purpose.

Staff earn Wellspring Points through everyday wellbeing activities and browse the catalogue in the mobile app.
Instant redemption
When an employee redeems, WP is deducted immediately and a claim is created in your admin queue.
You fulfil the reward
Send the voucher code, arrange delivery, or confirm the perk — then mark the claim complete. Rejected claims refund WP automatically.

The weekly cap means maximum liability is fixed: 25 WP × 52 weeks = 1,300 WP per user per year, at most. You decide what each reward costs — a £20 gift card might be 100 WP, meaning an engaged employee earns one every three to four weeks.
No surprise bills. No marathon-athlete bias where one person earns ten times what another does. A 5 km run, a focus session, and a gratitude entry all earn the same point — because corporate wellness is about building habits, not training for ultramarathons.
